Environmental and surface disinfection

Disinfection is the process that eliminates pathogenic microorganisms by using chemical or physical agents.

Proper planning and scheduling of cleaning and disinfection, including periodic environmental disinfection, will provide better sanitation of facilities.

Disinfection of the work environment or surface disinfection by air is a necessary complement to conventional surface disinfection. The advantage of this chemical method to control microbiological contamination is the possibility to reach places that cannot be easily accessed with conventional disinfection, thus guaranteeing a even air and surface disinfection.

DIRANSA recommends the use of an aqueous solution of its broad-spectrum disinfectant polymer, BIOPLAN 250H, for aerial disinfection of surfaces by fogging and for conventional disinfection by spraying.

Fogging

At war with coronavirus, disinfection industry is struggling to effectively disinfect residential and commercial premises such as stores, restaurants, pubs, nursing homes, offices, etc.
Fogging of a 2% aqueous solution of BIOPLAN 250H is the most effective decontamination method to help prevent the spread of coronavirus and other microorganisms harmful to human health.
Fogging produces micro-droplets and spreads the product into the environment, causing the active molecule (PHMG) to reach potentially contaminated surfaces.
Our fogging system spreads microparticles, allowing nano-size product particles to reach all surfaces, eliminating bacteria and fungi and inactivating viruses in a short period of time.
While objects do not need to be protected during air disinfection, human and animal exposure is not allowed.
The mist or fog is non-corrosive, does not affect surfaces and, once it has vanished, the product applied is non-toxic to humans or animals.

Spraying

In industry facilities, disinfectant solutions are sprayed on surfaces so as to thoroughly wet them.

Frequent spraying of a 2% aqueous solution of BIOPLAN 250H is the most effective decontamination method to help prevent the spread of coronavirus and other microorganisms harmful to human health.

This application focuses on critical areas, causing the active molecule (PHMG) to effectively reach the surfaces that may be contaminated with bacteria, fungi and / or viruses.

The applied dose is non-corrosive, does not affect surfaces and, once the application is completed, the product has no toxic effect on humans or animals.

The main advantages of BIOPLAN 250H over traditional disinfectants is the stability of the solution, the applied dose does not volatilize once the treated surface is reached, its effectiveness on a wide variety of pathogenic microorganisms and its residual action due to the formation of a micro-film that protects the treated surfaces for days or months, depending, among other variables, on the dose used.

The BIOPLAN 250H molecule is stable to temperature, UV rays or aging, and therefore, remains active as long as it is present.
